Okay, so that was way too fun.  I think I'll do it again.  Perhaps a Name That Musical because I grew up on musicals.

Anyway, here's the answers to the movie lines:

* Be sure to drink your ovaltine  The Christmas Story

* Beware of the groove  Emporer's New Groove

* The pellet with the poison's in the vessel with the pestle  The Court Jester

* Sink me  The Scarlett Pimpernel

* You are my inspiration, Irene  Pillow Talk

* Well they taste sweet, but really they're just humiliated grapes  Benny &Joon

* I'm a Dapper Dan man  O Brother Where Art Thou

* She reminds me of me  True Grit

* You can't handle the truth!  A Few Good Men

* Looks to me like they're comin' up with a plan  Tremors

  1. beautiful: I've seen Court Jester but forgot that's where it's from (one of Sean's all time favorites) The ones I haven't seen are: Benny & Joon (seen a part but not the whole thing) and True Grit (never even heard of it) and Tremors. Haven't seen A few Good Men either but you already knew that.
I think I'll look 'em up on netflix.
:) And yes- you should totally do that again.

  2. Except maybe Tremors. Have you seen Dune? One can only handle so many sand worms in a lifetime.

  3. True Grit is John Wayne movie and I love it. Sometimes John Wayne reminds me of my dad. I have it if you want to borrow it.

I can't believe you don't want to se Tremors! I can't even tell you how many times I watched it at the young, impressionable age of 14. You know back when we recorded things off of TV on a VCR. Awesome. the end.

  4. I love your movie quotes, we seriously need to get together again. I have to admit I didn't know all of them...
never seen Court Jester or the Scarlett Pimpernel...
didn't get the quotes from True Grit or Tremors...

I have to say Benny & Joon is one of my all time favorites and I'm not sure why... it makes me sad kinda.

  5. I missed a movie quote game???

    I loved Tremors.

  6. Don't worry, I'll do another one. Glad that someone shares my love of Tremors.
